Hello, I hope no one reading this is losing their home to foreclosure, but if you are, you might be worried about finding an agent that knows how to help you with a short sale. I just went through this hell and I can recommend Steven 100%. My situation was terrible. I was dealing with divorce, lawyers and foreclosure and working two jobs. Steven proved to be highly ethical and knowledgeable about the metro-Portland area market and a fierce advocate. As first time buyers, he could not have made it easier to understand the process from start to finish. He explained mortgages, and put us in contact with a phenomenal broker to get us a better deal on our loan.
