I sought a particular "type of property" here on the West side of the Big Island. Virtually impossible to acquire here in the islands. Looked to move from the mainland to this island which is a daunting task as we all know! I found Marta Miri on the internet in mid 2010. When I first contacted her she replied immediately and personally by telephone, and we began a what seemed then impossible task of my needs of two homes and a pool set on one property, and did it both professionally and personally! Marta assisted me initially from my home in the Midwest and her being here in locating distinct properties I was seeking. Miss Miri met with me when I arrived for home viewings some months later in a timely and professional manner, and worked within my time constraints! But, most importantly found exactly what I was seeking to the letter! Ms. Miri was and continues to be very helpful, flexible and easy to work with. Marta Miri is a very good agent. Originally she discussed with us our goals and expectations. She showed us property on several parts of the Big Island of Hawaii. It is called the Big Island because it is Big. Eventually we settled on the place in S. Kona that we eventually purchased.
