We were very fortunate to work with Alison for purchasing our new home in Midtown. We were looking for a small, reasonably priced home in specific school zones in Midtown. We wanted to start out without a buyer's agent. We had called for several other listed homes and the listing agents were not very responsive, one was totally unwilling to show us the home ("it is too small for you"). When we came across the home we now purchased, Alison was the listing agent. We called her, she immediately responded and showed us the property. She even called us back later that evening with more information we had casually asked about. We were very impressed by her expertise, professionalism, local knowledge. We felt so comfortable with her that we asked her to work with us without a buying agent, luckily the seller agreed to this arrangement. She navigated very masterfully, efficiently and tactfully through the negotiation process and - based on appraisal and research - the sales price we agreed on was perfectly in the middle for buyer and seller. She provided excellent service, referred contractors with very competitive prices, opened the house several times for our contractors, responded to emails/calls immediately, walked us through the process and answered every single of our questions.
