Jan seemed pleasant enough at the beginning, but as soon as we identified a house we liked we were bullied into a lease. After being given assurances that the owners were ?reasonable people? and ?willing to work with us?, we reluctantly signed a lease without being able to negotiate modifications. Big mistake!! We later found out Jan was friends with the owners. One we had moved in, all requests read more like demands from both Jan and the owners. We were pushed around for more than a year by them until we finally escaped. Following our escape we received a move out report from Jan, completed without us despite our requests (and in violation of our rights) that read as though we had completely trashed the place despite the fact that the place was left in better condition than we found it. Jan was responsive to our wants/needs. She knew the selling and buying process well. She was not pushy in our sale or purchase. She made us comfortable even during the anxious times that are inherent in moving to a new location.

Was really happy with Jan until she said it was mandatory to sign a Buyer/Agent Agreement to follow through with an offer, which was a lie. Broke the Rapport and ended the relationship immediately upon this happening.
