Shirley Byrd-Solem is an amazing woman. She worked above and beyond for my family. We were very tough clients. We have a usda loan that comes with a lot on stipulations, we entered into two different contracts and made an offer on another. The first two just were not ment to be but the third was. She never gave up on us and our search for the right house. She worked night and day to make sure we got the right home for our growing family of 4 and our financial situation. My husband received a job transfer which required us to sell our home in California and move to Utah. Shirley listed the house and had it sold at (within 1%) of full price within one month. Not only did we have 4 kids living at home, they were all out of school when she sold it over the Winter break! The coordination of inspections, appointments etc. were handled flawlessly.
