I am happy to say, Mr. Petrone exceeded our expectations. Prior to listing the property, we walked-through the condo together and he pointed out areas he felt needed improvements to help encourage a quick sell at fair market value and he estimated the costs for making those enhancements. My wife and I were extremely busy at the time, so Mr. Petrone dealt with all of the contractors. The improvements were done in a week at a lower cost than he had originally estimated and the property was listed.
