Lynn was absolutely phenomenal in the home buying process. Not only was she patient in every time I would notify her to look at a different house, she always had more to offer that she had found for me that may be a great fit as well! She was great in finding out what my needs and wants were in a home and focusing on those points. I ended up buying a house that she personally owned and had remodeled (but ended up listing through remax). In that process (even though I opted out) she offered before the remodel to let me pick colors of paint and anything I may want done to the house. I just wasn't sure at that point so she went ahead and showed me the house once the remodeling process was done and of course I loved it! I still was unsure on the affordabililty side for me, but with time she was able to work out a great affordable situation for me! The actual home buying process was short, sweet and to the point which we all know doesn't normally happen. She always had the paperwork ready for me and all I had to do was sign it and move onto the next process!! It was a smooth, painless and a perfectly streamlined process and I was in my new home in a quick period of time! In short I would recommend Lynn to anyone and do. Lynn Kelley is an experienced and competent real estate agent. She provided exceptional service to us, often adapting to difficult work schedules to show us properties. She was generous with her time and patience. She met us out of town to make our initial offer and then offered her trailer to help us get moved once the offer was accepted. Creative, tireless, awesome! OK, here's the specifics: I'm trying to sell an expensive lake house in her market. Two other real estate professionals got NOWHERE in a full year. She's been on the job as my listing agent for 637 park Ave. S., Albert Lea, MN 56007 for less than a week and she's already found a pool of prospects who have at least looked at my house. She also found me a renter in case this takes a few months. Hope this is helpful to other readers.
