My experience with John Beltramea is absolutely unbelievable! This guy is amazing. We live 4 hours away and wanted to buy a house in the Marion area, and he completely devoted his entire day to showing us every house we wanted to see. He started working for us at 6 a.m. and was still working for us 22 hours later at 4 a.m. the next day. Then on two hours sleep, he is calling and checking on us in the morning. If you are purchasing a home in the Iowa City area, John Beltramea is only realtor you should choose. We are from moved from Tucson and only had two days to see homes. John got us showings at every house we were interested in, plus some that he recommended based on the information we gave him. John explained the process of buying a home each step of the way. John was willing to set up second and third showings at houses we were particularly interested in without hesitation. We found him on Dave Ramsey's website and were immediately impressed with his willingness to do whatever it took to find our home in the area. We had a pretty specific set of criteria our next home would have to meet. John took us on a whirlwind tour of eastern Iowa, covering about a 50 mile radius of Cedar Rapids.
