They made the experience much smoother and less stressful than the other 2 times I have bought homes. Would highly recommend them. They actually helped from start to finish and beyond. They will still answer questions to this very day.

Matt was an absolute pleasure to work with! It didn't matter what my question was, where I wanted to drag him next, or when we wanted to go see properties (I had him driving all over Southern MD on Mother's Day!), Matt made us feel like our needs were his main priority. Early in the process we found a house we loved, but it turned out to be under contract. Over a month later, the contract fell thru and within hours of the house going back on the market, we were notified it was available and had a contract on it! We know if it weren't for him being on top of the most recent listings, we would have lost out on the home we have come to love. I mean thats all you ever hear most people say! I never once felt uninformed, never felt uncomfortable with not understanding something, they both took the time to explain whatever it was, and when they did, it was in way so that I felt comfortable and could understand.
