Pam Wilson and her company, Home Selling Solutions of the Triad, represented me as the buyer's real estate agent, and handled every aspect of the process for me, to include scheduling homes to see, all negotiations and dealings with the seller, the home inspection, the appraisal, and the closing. I contacted a couple of agents after performing searches and reading reviews online, and both responded back to me. But after reading their responses and speaking with each, I selected Pam to represent me, and I couldn't have made a wiser decision. From the start, Pam listened, I mean really listened, to my likes and dislikes, and my wants and must-haves, in a home.
