When my wife and I decided to move to Myrtle Beach from our native Ohio, we were referred to Nathan by an associate of his. Because it is not easy for my wife to travel due to her requirement of dialysis three times a week, we relied on Nathan to check the progress of the building of our new home. He not only found a great area for us to move into, a brand new developement just off of Rt. 544, but he personally dealt with the builders, and even went to the design center to take photos of all of the samples that were to go into our new home, This included cabinets, flooring, siding, shingles, etc. He e-mailed those photos to us so that we could make our choices. As the house was being built, he continually drove over to take photos, and even made about a five minute video of the construction, which he downloaded on the internet, so that not only my wife and I could view it, but we could have all of our family and friends watch the progress.
