Eric is very diligent and hard-working. He knows the I-15 and SR56 corridors very well and has a good grasp of market trends. He listens to what you want and is happy to show you many homes that meet your criteria. He sat down with us and generated 2 years worth of sales in multiple neighborhoods, and listened as we described what features we did and did not like in many of those homes. Responsiveness was top-notch - whether by email, phone, or text, and at many odd hours, Eric was always ready with an answer or a suggestion. This was true even when we were talking about things that might make our potential deal, and his commission, fall through. Was very very helpful with my difficult short sale. It took a long time but Eric stuck with it and kept me in the loop at all times. He was great with contacting all the parties and making sure my file kept moving along.

Eric did a great job for us. We were deep into the foreclosure process when Eric took our listing for a short sale. He brought in a solid offer within days and managed the whole process meticulously. It took months to get both lenders to approve. Somehow Eric kept them moving and the buyer happy as well. Short selling is not something I ever want to go through again, but if I did I would want Eric to represent me.

Eric is the best agent we've ever worked with. He knew the area, the market, and our situation. He took so much stress off of my wife and I in helping deal with the bank (especially!) and everyone else involved in the process. He was attentive, always proactively sending us updates even though our sale took months to close (beyond his control).
