We went to Erick and Jeannette in the middle of our real estate short sale transaction due to having some difficulties with a previous real estate agency. Erick and Jeannette were able to step in immediately and get the offer written immediately and get it sent to the bank so we didn't lose the sale. There negotiation skills with the banks are amazing!! They ALWAYS responded to our requests immediately regardless of our questions. We were informed regarding the Short Sale process step by step. Our other agent tended to ignore our questions. Erick was able to comprehend the situation within a few minutes and was able to negotiate for what I have been trying to achieve with my original agent from the very beginning but could not within a couple of hours. Jeanette was so professional and pleasant to work with. She always passed on information and responded to my requests immediately and understood. She always followed though even on items that my original agent ignored because it was considered minor details. She also understood my needs intuitively without having been involved from the very beginning. I have to say that I have been very grateful that they stepped in to help and so impressed with their professional skills. We would have liked to get more for our home but given the circumstances we think we did well. Erick helped us make an informed decision on what we should list house for and we agreed. Their office was always immediately responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. Jeannette was knowledgeable, professional, considerate and dealt with any question or concern we had. She stayed right with the process of making sure that the sale was closed.

Eric and Jeanette were fantastic to work with. The home we were selling was on the market for over a year prior to working with Eric. Once listed the house sold in a matter of weeks. He was honest about what the listed price should be and the upside and downside of the home. As we began looking he was patient and worked around our schedule. He searched out homes that met our needs and in the end, helped to purchase a home that will meet our needs for year to come.
