We were already in Maryland so Harrison and his associates helped us complete small repairs by calling people he knows and they carried out the jobs very efficiently so we could make things right. He also was in communication with the buyer and was able to relay messages for and to us. I had never been involved in a sale and had no idea how much needs to be done in order to go to settlement. I have to say things moved quickly and smoothly. Even after settlement there were a few things Harrison and his associates handled for us in regards to the repair companies.
