We were moving from the West coast and had one day in town to go house shopping. After our previous real estate agent proved unresponsive, we found Jim through Zillow. He collected information from us ahead of time. When we arrived he cleared his schedule to spend the whole day taking us to different houses. Jim is extremely good in understanding our needs. He showed right homes and was very honest in his opinion. Has a wonderful knowledge in the sub division. His continuous follow up and attention to every minor details is his towering strength. I did not make it to the end in 2010 but I am confident we will make it in 2011.

Great guy, very committed, on the ball, informative yet not interfering, was a cabinet maker and knows his woods (though not trees!).
