Very nice to speak with, although she did not provide information as promised and stopped answering the phone or returning phone calls. Its like she dropped off the face of the earth. I had to obtain a replacement agent to view the property.

I couldn't recommend a better buyer's agent than Victoria!! I chose her because she has been sending daily listings for a number of months. I called 2 people to inquire about a buyer's agent, since I have been unsuccessful twice in the past trying to buy a retirement home in Tennessee on my own.When I called her about being my buyer's agent, she responded the same day. I am still living in Wisconsin and purchasing real estate is stressful enough without trying to do it from a distance. Without Victoria's assistance I don't believe that I would have closed on my beautiful home in Monterey Tenn. on Monday2/27/12. She accommodated every request to see the house and when I was freaking out about something she got back to me and helped solve the problem.
