We had another realtor before we called Craig Northrup. Bob Lucido was a total waste of time. The pictures they took were lousy, prep lousy, result : 4 months then we saw them to drop the price. Craig Northrup - total opposite. He came in our home, told us to pack. Open house 2 days later - contract within one week for full price - cash- 30 day close. We had to ask buyers for more time to get packed. He knows his market, his business and internet marketing. Photos were great, brochures terrific. Turns out there were lots left over. He knows his stuff. Less

I did the mistake of choosing Creig Northrop while selling my house. Mike Clevenger was assigned as my agent. Mike is not a professional person at all, he was not reachable (always on vacation), he didn't care about any details, his ignorance costed me couple thousand dollars (on top of his commission) and the whole process was painful. I talked to Creig Northrop about him after the transaction (Creig is listed as my agent). He said he cannot do anything about it. I strongly suggest not signing any contract with Creig that you cannot back out. Once they sign you in, they think they are entitled to act anyway they like. Less

Sold our house in a tough market and a less than desirable location on top of a major highway in 60 days. Any homeowner needs to partner with the agent to get this done. They put forth outstanding brochures and marketing. Great great job. They even agreed to reduced to commission % due to the tight budget and $ amount we had to get on the home to move. I would go with this group again to sell our home. Keep in mind - Creig Northrop is probably not going to sell your house himself. It doesn't work that way - but his group has all the tools to move a house in a tough market. Less

We discussed selling our home. The response was immediate, and we had an agent here the next day. She was professional and well-prepared. If we move forward with the sale, Creig's agency will be our listing agent.

Would never go with Creig Northrop. The ONLY time Creig ever set foot in my home throughout 5 months of listing was the day he came in and convinced us to list our home with him. During this discussion, I specifically asked who would be the agent managing the sale of my home. He said it was himself. Again, he never entered our home again, didn't personally bring a prospective buyer, didn't personally conduct an open house and didn't come by when we informed the company we no longer wanted their services. Worst realtor experience I've ever had. Less

My experience with this company was very bad. I was trying to rent a house in Clarksville MD. The agent did not show up, just left a message 30 min prior to appointment. Nobody in the office knew when he will appear. The administrative assistant did not know his name and could not find anybody in the office who could help me. I left a message to the agent and in company voice machine, but nobody returned the call. Totally unprofessional and irresponsible. They treat clients like a trash. Looks like I need to serve them instead of getting any help. The house is still on the market, and I would never recommend to deal with this company. Less

Under a really quick deadline to find a house, and get the contract accepted at by the seller, my agent (and the entire company) were extraordinary. They accomplished selling my house (something that no other agent had accomplished over a three year period...and then find me another in record time.

We had to sell our condo as we were in a non contingent contract with our seller. The Northrop group had it sold within a week. Never seen such professionalism and attention to detail. Our agent, Ray was the best. Thanks a million.

In winter of 2008 we had a Creig Northrup agent show my wife and I a piece of property. The agent was slow to respond to any questions and when we told him we wanted to put in an offer, he delayed us until we were told that the property was sold by someone else in his office. When I complained to the office manager and to Creig Northrup I got no response at all from anybody. It was a very disappointing experience and would not use a Northrup agent nor would I recommend him.
