Lynne was extremely responsive at all times and even returned to the property after the sale to mail us remaining items. This was way beyond the call. Her efforts were greatly appreciated. Our only disappointment was that we had to ask for feedback frequently about the results and numbers of showings and had hoped that this would have been forthcoming more readily. Right about the time I was planning to sell the Boca Raton condo that my mother lived in, she saw Lynne's business card. From the moment I called her, I felt we were in good hands. When we met, she gave us a realistic assessment of what we could get --this was, after all, the spring of 2011 and the economy was no better than it is now -- so that we didn't get our hopes up. She detailed the many ways that she posts listings and, lo and behold, within about six weeks, we had a buyer. I literally had to do nothing--and we got more than we expected. If I had a question during the process, she was always there with the answer. If I just wanted to chat about how things were going, she was right there, either by phone or email. I simply could not have found an agent who was more available, more knowledgeable or more more personable than Lynne. And she bonded nicely with my mother. Even after my mother and I had flown back to NY after moving, I asked Lynne a couple of favors that entailed her going back to the condo, and she did it gladly.
