Jim listed and sold both a home and a parcel of land for us. We had just lost both our parents and he did everything for us, from hiring a handyman, meeting the painter at at the property, meeting with muliple neighbors and explaining and orchestrating them to sign an easement deed, and of course holding open houses and meeting agents at the properties.
