I am very grateful to what Mary had done for us during the whole process of our dream home purchasing. Really want to say something about her, but have to start from the whole story. I came to Tampa from a very big city in China in February. Our home locates at a very peaceful place. But I still prefer to live in the busy area after we moved there for a while. We decided to buy a new home close to downtown Tampa, and so talked to the realtor whom my husband worked with before. We kept looking for the houses and did not find any we like. Finally a very nice home popped up, and we liked it very much. We gave an offer we thought it was very good offer, but the owner picked up the higher offer. We were so sad and so lost that Friday when the realtor told us we did not have a chance. We did not mind to offer a higher reasonable price, we wanted to buy the house and move in there. But nobody told us what we should do. I kept searching homes online that evening. There were some homes we were interested and I also sent to our realtors a couple days ago, but we did not hear from her. I saw Mary?s profile and told my husband I wanted to find someone probably who could help us. My husband did not say anything. I knew he felt sorry (guilty) if we walked away from our realtor. The early bird gets worms.? That is Mary. We were the first showing to our dream home. Nice houses on market will be gone very fast. Mary seek the best timing for us. (3)Mary is very insightful in the local market. Because of her knowledge, she is very confident giving you some advices (almost like strategy) how to gain the house(giving a competitive offer). Mary is an excellent analyst. Some realtors work like data collector. I felt this way with my first realtor. (4)Mary is very organized. She talked with us on our schedule, and made everything in order for us. My husband said he had to arrange everything, even the home inspection, last year when he bought the house (I had not come yet.) (5)Mary gave us the latest and comprehensive information about the houses. I sent the request through internet, and Mary replied to us very quickly, for instance, Mary told us the owner already had entertained offer and we could not visit the house. However the same quesiton i sent to our first realtor a couple days before I decided to contact mary,she answered back two days later than Mary that we still had chance to see the house but finally it proved the news she gave us was wrong and outdated. (6)Mary is in an excellent ?social network?. The recommendations from her, such as home inspection, bank people, and even repair people, are also very professional and responsible too. (7)Mary is very good at communication on the repair. The house is more than 80 years old house. A lot of repairs must be done before the closing. Mary helped us in charge of everything.
