Pete is a great guy. We looked at a lot of houses and made a lot of offers that didn't work out. He never got frustrated, helped me to not get frustrated, and we eventually found the the perfect house. He was always helpful and had tons of information when I wanted it, and he genuinely wanted to find right house for me, and wasn't just trying to make another sale.
