Blair is absolutely fantastic! He helped us to buy our first home. He showed us probably over fifty different houses and he always took time to educate us what to look for and what to avoid. If he noticed any red flags ? he would tell us right away. Blair is Portland?s native and been in a business for a long time so he knows really a lot about Portland?s real estate market. His casual confidence set us at ease immediately. He saw our home for the gem it was and helped us set and get an excellent (but fair) price. Blair clearly cares about his clients and is happy to work to get homes sold. We stayed as a 'pocket' listing for about 40 days because we didn't want to list during the holidays and Blair had no problem being patient and waiting for us to be ready.
