Rob was very knowledgeable of the local area. He also never pressured me into buying something I was uncomfortable buying or if something out of my price range we didnt even consider it. He was always ontime to appointments and very very helpful and knowledgeable about the condos that I was looking at. I never felt like Rob was in this to make a sale. Even though there were issues with our purchasing contract, Rob was able to negotiate a positive outcome for us and stay on the timelines we required.
