Melissa has stood by me for a little over two years in my on again, off again search for a house. During an 'off' phase, on a hunch she forwarded me one that ended up being the winner! But her work wasn't done after finding the right one... it was a foreclosure that saw several months of frustrating process involving 4 banks, several lawyers, several contractors and an inspection that occurred on the ONE day out of the year that left snow on the roof of said house. So I had yet another form to complete saying "yeah, yeah, I absolve the bank of any liability because the roof couldn't be properly inspected." Groan. Banks nowadays, huh?
