Peter is a great guy with extensive knowledge of the placid/saranac area. He loves what he does and seems to genuinely enjoy showing properties (especially his listings!). Just kidding, he treats each showing as if the listing were his - goes in ahead, turns on lights and gives you the grand tour. He is an excellent photographer who knows how to show a property to its best advantage (great if you are a seller or a buyer). He showed us around last year and we had a great day. Peter is a gentleman who really cared for our needs and desires. Peter is a native and has extensive knowledge of all the lakes in the area. He showed us the perfect home and we would highly recommend him to anyone.
