I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIECE dealing with Chad Toth. - Chad rarely ever returned my calls in the time that he was supposed to be working on the short sale of my home. - He SCREAMED at the realtor that represented the sellers of the home we were trying to purchase and almost cost us the opportunity to buy that house. - I believe that he lied to me about certain aspects of the bank?s short sale process (I called the bank on my own to prove his dishonesty). Chad was very witty and customer friendly at first, but after he collected his NONREFUNDABLE $800 processing fee to sell my home he was almost never available and no longer the charmer he was at first. I'm not one to write bad about people but Chad has got to be one of the WORST real estate agent to deal with. You can't get a hold of him, every time I would try to call him his voice mail on his phone would be filled and you couldn't leave a message. I would call the office and he wouldn't be at his desk and rarely returned my calls. He is text friendly so I sent him a text here and there and I finally got a response from him 4 days later saying that "Sorry I have 30 houses I'm dealing with you will have to just wait". I dealt with him for about 4 months and I talked to him about 3-4 times and tried contacting him anywhere between 10-15. He finally got back with me telling me we got the house but the bank approval had a different persons name on it!! Needless to say we should be getting our keys to our brand new house today but Chad is just worried about selling his 3.2 million dollar listing and not caring about the little guy. Less
