We purchased a bank repo with the able assistance of Linda Stevens. Some times the bank and their representative did not want to provide typical "Seller" responses for needed septic work and such; however, Linda kept reminding them what they needed to do in order to close the transaction. With her skil we were able to close with only one short extension caused by the bank. She is definitely our Realtor!
