This was the third transaction (two sales/one purchase) we have worked on with Mike in The Woodlands in the past four years (2007-11), and Mike and his team did outstanding work for us on all of them. Each transaction was somewhat different with respect to the issues raised, as well as the agents and parties on the other side. Even though Mike typically has a lot of transactions working, he stayed personally very involved when the issues presented in each transaction were crucial to determining whether the transaction would succeed or fail, including setting listing prices, presenting and analyzing offers and counteroffers, and "brainstorming" negotiating alternatives. His very experienced team handles many of the details when getting the home listed, and also once a transaction is under contract, but the level of their service is such that we felt absolutely no letdown in the quality of service even though Mike was not always personally handling all the details. All of his team members communicated very well and did outstanding work on all transactions in numerous areas, including preparing and presenting the homes to be sold, handling documents, and keeping careful track of open items to be resolved and deadlines to be met in order to keep the transactions on track for closing. They were particularly good with respect to dealing with issues raised by inspections, particularly when outside vendors' services were required to resolve them.
