We had been thinking about a second home in Miami for several years but decided finally to check it out. Diana truely listened to our needs and probably had a better idea of what we were looking for than we did at the time. As out of town buyers, her technical expertise made the whole process a lot easier ( horay for docusign!) and she kept us posted each step of the way. I had the absolute pleasure to meet Diana 1 year ago while looking for a home in Surfside, FL. She is the absolute professional from the get-go, very knowledgeable about the area and I felt totally at ease working with her.
