We first contacted Mike via Zillow to see a short sale property. Mike met us at the property and we knew right away that it wasn't the property for us. We had just started our home search and spoke to Mike about what we were looking for and what we knew we didn't want. Mike was our buyers agent and did an outstanding job throughout the process. His web based client portal made sorting properties a breeze. His advise on the offer to purchase was spot on. The closing was on time and trouble free for us because his list of local inspectors, mortgage brokers and attorneys all did a wonderful job to make it happen.
