We met Kathy Kane in the spring of 2006 when looking for a house to use as a rental property. Kathy's in-depth knowledge of the Ashevill real estate market and local builders (she built a house herself, by the way) helped us buy the "perfect" home in the mountains. We listed the property with Kathy and sold it in 2011. However, Kathy's services did not just begin and end with these buy and sell transactions. During the period that the house was rented out, Kathy provided me with valuable connections with her network of local business contacts (plumbers, electricians, landscaping and other services) that allowed me to manage the property while I lived out of the state.
