Craig is a "real" human being. I contacted him as I was looking for an inexpensive investment property in a certain area and I wanted to be represented by a "Buyer's Agent". I never got the feeling he was trying to "sell" me a property or that I was bothering him with a "small" sale. His knowledge of this area and his industry was excellent. The way the deal worked out for me, he didn't have an opportunity (no fault of his) to do much negotiating, so that's why I only gave 4 stars for that category. Craig was on vacation when I found the home I settled on. I hated to bother him, but he was willing and able to help process the sale while on vacation. Spring 2011--We were greatly impressed by knowledge that Craig had about the area and how forthcoming he was to share what he knew without ever putting any pressure on us to move too quickly.
