Mine was not an easy purchase. It was a bank owned property and an FHA loan. From the beginning Mike helped me make decisions regarding my initial offer and counter offers. When my original lender lender fell through, Mike made some recommendations and kept things on track. My purchase contract had to be extended several times due to the sellers and the FHA process and Mike and his team had everything ready each time.
