I interviewed Harvey to sell my home in Boynton Beach. I signed with him on Wednesday, he sent a photographer on Thursday, the home was listed on the internet on Friday and I had a signed contract on Sunday. After trying to sell my home for two and a half years with no luck, I took my property off the market to reevaluate. Several months later, I met Harvey Dubov. He impressed me with his plans to market my home and I listed with him. One week later, my property sold, and for 98% of the purchase price! I did get lucky, but Harvey made the entire process easy. He was available after hours to answer any questions I had. He helped me negotiate post occupancy agreements with the new buyers, which became a sticky situation as the lending bank on my new home (which Harvey also helped me find) was incredibly slow in processing the mortgage (it was around the holidays though). He would routinely show up at meetings he was not required to attend, just to make me feel better. He would often ask important questions at these meetings that I did not think to bring up.
