Nancy helped us purchase a home in Ferndale. She wasn't pushy and really listened to what we were looking for. She was honest with us, and I believe genuinely wanted us to find a home that we would like and could afford. She would show houses twice a week or more if we wanted, and was extremely timely with getting back to us. Usually I would get a text, call, or email within 5 minutes of asking her a question. If something about a house was off, Nancy would be the first one to tell you, "That doesn't look right because of ________" Honestly it felt more like bringing a knowledgeable friend along to point out that there is evidence of water in the basement, that there is a gas leak, or that the basement has been repaired a dozen times. She would only explain what it meant, not tell you you shouldn't buy the home, which I liked a lot. She had recommendations for mortgage brokers, insurance agents, and inspectors that were all top notch. I?d bought at that top of the market and I was no longer able to keep these properties rented for enough to meet all of the payments, repairs and taxes, I was struggling to say the least.
