She was very unprofessional, badgered us with calls, emails and text messages. If a phone call went unanwered in the middle of the day, she would call back at least 5 more times within a 30 minute period and send repeated texts as well. She managed to annoy our seller, seller's agent, seller's attorney, appraiser and our attorney. In the end, the deal fell through because the seller found another buyer. Sheri badgered the appraiser to the point that he refused to submit his final appraisal and a second appraiser couldn't complete an appraisal in time for us to meet the mortgage time of essence to which our contract was dependent on. We would never use Sheri to help us see any other properties. In fact, we regret ever using her because our second and third choice of homes were shown to us by her as well and now we don't want to put in an offer on those homes because we don't want her to get a commission.
