Hong was extremely friendly, open, frank, and not at all condescending. She didn't hesitate to give us an estimate of the price we could probably ask for our house -- and how that might be different with or without an agent. We were out of town buyers. Found Hongs bio on the internet and were impressed with her CV. Her qualifications did not dissapoint us. We made two trips to Oregon. Communication was important and Hong kept us in the loop with telephone calls, emails and faxes. We found a home with Hongs help. She was always available to answer questions, show us houses, and help us with the process of making a purchase. If she didn't answer the phone immediately she usually called back within 20 minutes, she was equally prompt over email. We had offers within 2-3 weeks of listing the house. I have never bought or sold a house before, and was grieving for my father, and she made the process very easy for me.
