He accommodated every request I had scheduling multiple appointments to view properties as well as inspections when narrowing down the search for me leaving me with not much I needed to do besides tell him what I was looking for in a home. He also did a great job giving advice as to what to look for when inspecting a home which was very helpful and taught me a lot. When it came time to negotiate my offer and request with the seller he did a great job which I know helped me save some money getting a good deal on my home as you could tell he understood my concerns and reasons for the offer I made which in turn voiced them to the seller having them understand as well ultimately accepting my offer. It is hard to know where to start. We had our home on the market going on 2.5 years when Michael came along on a recommendation from a co-worker. Michael sold the co-workers house, within days, I might add. Anyhow, at this point we had already had three Realtors. Michael was PRO-ACTIVE from day one. Michael had researched all of the previous realtors and the feedback from prospective buyers and he went right to work on a plan. For example, our home had a formal entry living room and then you stepped down into a formal dining area. Alot of people had an objection to that. Michael immediately found someone to give an estimate on having the floor raised. That way when a prospective buyer offered that objection, Michael immediately gave them the estimate for raising the floor. Genius, if you ask me. Also, we had done alot of remodel to the home but it still needed some painting and our budget was limited. Michael contacted a painter that did an al a carte list for us. That way we were able to paint what we could and then the rest could be used by the buyer for bargaining if needed.
