AGAINST ALL ODDS Ian Anderson made it happen. Two other agencies failed. One didn't try and the other called me and GAVE UP! Ian was everything you want in an agent: reassuring, patient, and very, very knowledgeable. This was a short sale that I had lost a lot of money/investment on so it was hard enough on me emotionally. Ian kept it moving forward and every time I got discouraged, he told me about another property that he had sold that was similar or worse than my situation.
