In some instances she recommended no change like replacing the sod in the back or the pitted front driveway. In other ways she recommended going all out like granite tile in the kitchen as well as all new stainless steel appliances. Whenever hard work could do as well as spending money, she recommended that route (example: yard improvement.) She was also sensitive to our finances. She recommended we keep our renter until after the Christmas holidays and then be ready to knock out the changes within a two week time frame.
