I worked with only 2 agents prior to meeting Grace. In both instances the agents were really lazy and made us try and find places, do the research and drive by each then they would allow us to go visit. Grace was the exact opposite. When we requested to view a home, she would have an additional 4 or 5 homes in the area and price range that she would prepare for us to visit. This not only helped us understand the "norm" in the area, but also helped us to get an good understanding of the area. She helped us find the deal. Her name says is it all. Grace.
