We used Pam and Barry to find a rental house when we first got stationed to Ft Sill. The rental side of this company is a JOKE. (i can't testify to the real estate side) but Samantha up there is not helpful at all. Shes extremely rude and I'm not sure that she has had ANY experience in customer service before "landing this job"! As a renter, she made us go 5 days without AC because she was trying to cut corners for the home owner. As a home owner I would have appreciated her attempting to save me money, but when I'm giving the okay to REPLACE the unit on the very day my renters requested a repair (because i'm fixing to move back in in just a few months anyway) then it shouldnt take you and your one man repair "crew" 5 days to fix it. I have 4 kids and animals that had to suffer because of her inconsiderate actions. She hung up on me when I called to complain and would not return my phone calls. She would only talk to my husband as long as she didn't hear me. I spoke to the owners (because she forgot to tell them our clearing time had changed and they showed up at the house ready to inspect it while i was there cleaning, so we spoke) they agreed with me how their service through Samantha was "very less than par" and that "if he eer had to rent his property out again that he wouldn't do it though P&B because of her" Hope, on the other hand, was fantastic. anything i needed or requested or was confused about she would jump through hoops to help me get it or understand it. Not saying with her I always "got my way" on things with her, but her customer service was MUCH more professional. She wasnt rude and spoke to us very professionally and friendly. Less

I worked with Chuck Webber and he is fantastic. He made me feel like I was part of the family...he took care of my sister and brother-in-law when I wasn't available to do that and I highly recommend this office. They are professional, quick and courteous. He got us a great deal and I think that everyone came out very happy! Thanks to everyone!
