Jeff was very thurough with every aspect of our house buying experience. He was very knowledgable when it came to the whole process of buying a home. He new what to look for in the homes we looked at to see if there may be future problems the we might run into. He asnwered all questions asked. If he did not know the answer he got it for us in a very timely manner. I would defenitely recommend him to anyone buting a home.

Jeff did an outstanding job. When the buyers loaning agency backed out the day before closing Jeff set the buyer up with a local mortgage broker. The buyer was able to get finanacing and the sale was completed.

This man is amazing not to mention the most calm and understanding person I have met. I have asked more than my share of questions and I was at all times treated with respect and had a response almost at once, no matter what I had in mind. He made the loan process easy by working side by side with the bank and myself. I believe he had gone way beyond his required service when it came to getting our new home ready to be moved into.

We contacted Jeff to sell our families home and land because if anyone could sell it, Jeff would. The property and home was listed in June and sold by mid November, same year!! Who says that nothing is selling? That is what the rest of our family thought.... Jeff earned his commission and was on top of it all the time. Details were worked out and closing went smoothly!

Prior to finding the home that we finally bought, Jeff was always quick to respond to phone calls and emails about properties we were interested in. Once we had entered into a purchase agreement, Jeff did an excellent job of making the transaction go smoothly. He took care of setting up all inspections, the appraisal, and other appointments.
