While looking at prospective houses he gets to know your tastes and desires - the houses that you get to look at are what you want to see. After selecting the house you feel like you are on auto-pilot, everything is up front and organized. He has a good group of people working behind the scenes doing the paperwork. He also put me in contact with a mortgage broker who was also excellent. You have the option to sign all the documents electronically, including access via smart phone, and i recommend that strongly.
