We didn't make it easy for Janie. I currently reside on the East Coast and had limited time to spend looking for our forever home. I called Janie a few days before we left for a 3 day trip to Missiouri. We had one home picked out to look at as well as some general areas selected that we wanted to know more about the homes and communities. Janie came prepared. She had a full workup on the home we had asked to see, she had arranged for our visit and was there promptly for the showing. It was immediately evident that her interest wasn't simply in making a sale, but in our satisfaction with our purchase. She had a keen eye and pointed out things that she thought may be of concern. The first home was not selected due to foundation issues, but she was prepared. She had packages prepared on each of the other areas we had asked about and spent the rest of her day taking us to numerous homes, making arrangements as we went. A long story short. We found our home and even though we were 1000 miles away, Janie was there to help us along the way. Her office is very conveniently located next to the Title office so coordination between Janie and the sellers agent went great. We had some last minute issues with our lending agent and if not for Janie's experience and can do attitude, I believe I may have missed out. So, I've been trying to think of something that would let you know she's human, and the only detractor I can think of is her emails from her phone can sometimes be jumbled. Seriously, that's how picky I would need to get in order to find something I'd change.
