It was great to work with Laura during the home buying process. She is a diligent, honest realtor. Laura did a great job of helping us to understand the good and bad of a home. I listed a lakefront lot with Laura early in 2012. Laura would eventually return my calls about the status of the lot, but never contacted me with suggestions or ideas about moving the property. In addition, I did not receive any notice of advertisements in local papers or even real estate publications. I was told that their marketing basically consisted of listing the property on the MLS and a few websites. I asked them to please run ther property in a few local papers-she reluctantly did. When the listing was expired I went out to the property and found that another real estate agent had left their sign on my lot, four feet away from Laura's sign-the entire 6 months it was listed! It appears that Laura never visited the property-I never received a call questioning the other sign! Upon calling the owner of the C21 agency to report the sign incident, I was told that the additional sign probably didn't affect the listing much! We bought our home from Laura 2 1/2 years ago. Laura made it a pleasant experience. We looked at the property 4 times before we made an offer. Had to show my husband, the kids and then my dad who was going to live with us. So we kept Laura busy.... If we decide to move I would call Laura before any one else.
