And she doesn't force you into making any rash decisions but rather gives you as much information as possible to help you make an informed decision. She was immediately responsive to emails within 1 business day and was even leaving us voicemails on her vacations. We spent a long 10 months with her as she guided us through buying a short sale to which we finally closed on 9 months after we signed a contract. Closing was 2 days before my wife and I got married but we did it and couldn't have done it without the help of Grisselle who made sure all the certificates and necessary inspections were completed so closing would go through smoothly.
