Kyle Krch and his staff were wonderful. It was a short-sale, not a good situation, but they made it as painless as possible. Could not have asked for a better outcome.

We had Kyle list our home and his agency didn't follow up with putting up signs, etc. like he promised. I had a few lookers, this was his deal for a minimal fee. I was getting desperate to sell and told him to list it for full fees. He did, and then and only then did they come and put up signs,etc. and the home sold in three days. I was mad, but it was sold and he took 18,000 dollars, the full fee. He should have done the job right the first time. I recommend him, but only if you make sure he comes thru with his part of the bargain. Less

Kyle is the consumate professional, and has very high ethics, I would literally trust him with my children. He has worked so good with my 3 houses, he has done every detail perfect over and above what I expected. I do wish his commissions were higher, he does work hard for them.
