Our first meeting with James was when he made a last minute appointment with us after a different realtor never got back to us. It meant a lot that he made himself available to meet with us. From our first meeting we could tell that he was very knowledgable about the current market and the Cypress area. Was professional when discussing to list the house, after the house was listed was only contacted once and never informed about any showings. When informing him that we were choosing to go with another realtor he asked "was there anything that I could have done to keep the listing?" and was informed that we would have liked to be more informed of our listing and he replied with that he did not have the right email address for correspondence in regards to the showing, but when he was sending the contract he had the correct email address. I give James 5 stars because of all the stipulations we needed to meet while purchasing our home. We had a 3 month time period we had to buy a home as well as needed to maintain our low-end budget for buying a home. James was very helpful and understanding of every issue we had he even offered to come look at the house we were renting for free to see if it was purchasing. I knew instantly this was someone who cared about our situation and was genuine in his work ethics of actually caring about his clients. Initially we thought we had 2 choices we could either get a nice house in a not so nice area or a small house in a good area and were willing to bend one way or the other.James was very efficient at showing us houses that we were actually interested in! On our second trip out of looking at houses he found that needle in a haystack for us a house that was much bigger than we expected to be purchasing in a quiet well taken care of neighborhood. This being our first home I was frequently asking James his opinion on things that were happening.He always had the correct answer for our situation and a great network of amazing professionals in all areas of purchasing a home. He explained our situation to me in a way that I could understand which always makes me comfortable knowing the person I am dealing with knows all aspects of his line of work.When it came time for us to make an offer on the house he knew the exact figure to bid to get ours accepted(which I did ask his opinion on!)
