I can not sing the praises of Roberta nearly enough to justify the amazing job she did with us on our sale. We had purchased a new home construction prior to selling our current house in Sept of 2011. We were very nervous about buying before the sale as anyone can imagine. Roberta kept us calm and assured us that she would take care of us and make sure the house sold. She reccomended that we list in January. This again gave us a bit of anxiety as you can imagine as our new house was going to be ready in May/June. She said as long as we listened to her advise things would be ok. I called her several times from Sept to January and she was also availible to listen and calm me down. In December she came by and walked through the house with us and pointed out several things she suggested we do in order to get ready for the sale in January. We did all those things and in mid-January she came over to stage the house prior to listing. Within 6 days of listing the house was sold!!! So my advise is use roberta and listen to what she says!!
